Under the prevalent law, it should keep consistency/uniformity relation with Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nepal Chamber of Commerce and other Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

To develop mutual friendship between two countries through the medium of business.

To diversify, extend and enhance the field of Nepal-China trade and industry.

To promote export and import of industrial products between Nepal and China.

To begin and develop the joint venture industrial and commercial investment between Nepal and China.

To develop tourism of Nepal and China.

Submission of essential advices to the Government to expand trade and economic relations between Nepal and China.

To implement the above mentioned objectives, the association of representative businessmen and industrialists of two countries should visit as delegates from time to time as well as they should contact the active commercial representatives and institutions in China/Nepal.
